TRASH ACADEMY : Electro Rock Rebel Band
Formed in August 2007 in the underground of an unknown industrial zone, Trash Academy is composed of 5 musicians : two guitarists, one bass player, one keyboards, one drummer.
Trash Academy travels the world of samples and sequences, growing a real rock identity. The 5 "pirats" with weird names play an electro rock with techno beats, borderlining sometimes industrial metal. Trash Academy likes the 70's especially the psychedelic period of Pink Floyd. The second influence of the band is the industrial metal of the 90's (Nine Inch Nails, Marylin Manson). David Bowie is the third source of inspiraton of Trash Academy for the strange lyrics and the electronic ambiences.
From technoid rythms to psychedelic atmosphere, "Stars" is the first demo-album of Trash Academy. The melodic voice sounds like The Cure.
